Terms of service.

1. The service

MasaPe is an AI procurement and sales workspace that operates on top of WhatsApp via the official WhatsApp Business API. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number; MasaPe sends messages on your behalf, reads replies to build comparisons and records, and stores your trade data for you.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to message the contacts you add.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are monthly, priced in ₹ and exclusive of GST, as published on our pricing page.
• The free trial unlocks every feature. After it ends, reading your data remains free; outbound sending is limited until you subscribe.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan runs to the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

If MasaPe materially fails to work for you in your first 14 days on a paid plan, write to sales@masape.in and we will refund that month in full. Beyond that, months already billed are not refundable, but you can cancel future months at any time.

5. Acceptable use — no spam

MasaPe is for genuine trade communication with your own vendors and customers. You agree to:

• respect WhatsApp's Business Messaging and Commerce policies at all times;
• not send bulk unsolicited messages, marketing to strangers, or content that is unlawful, deceptive or abusive;
• honour opt-outs — if a contact asks you to stop, stop.

Meta may independently restrict WhatsApp numbers that generate spam reports; we may suspend accounts that put the platform, other customers or our API access at risk.

6. Your data

Your data remains yours. Our privacy policy describes what we store and how you can export or delete it. We claim no ownership over your contacts, prices, catalogs or messages.

7. AI outputs

AI extraction is highly accurate but not infallible — that is why every quote carries a confidence score and links back to the original message. Verify critical figures before ordering; MasaPe is a decision aid, and final commercial decisions are yours.

8. Availability & liability

We aim for the service to be available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, including interruptions caused by WhatsApp/Meta, hosting providers or networks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account in-app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.

11. WhatsApp disclaimer

WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta. MasaPe is an independent product using the official WhatsApp Business API and is not endorsed by Meta.
